Product Information & Availability
Each piece is thoughtfully created and often one-of-a-kind. Due to the handmade and natural nature of our materials (including shells and coastal elements), slight variations in color, shape, and texture are to be expected and are part of what makes each piece unique.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers, including PayPal, as well as major credit cards and digital wallets such as Apple Pay.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind and handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

Materials & Craftsmanship
Each piece is created in limited release and individually finished, ensuring no two are ever exactly alike.
Natural materials such as shells, textures, and finishes will vary slightly in shape, tone, and detail. These variations are an intentional part of each piece’s character and uniqueness.
All works are finished by hand. Subtle variations in brushwork, tone, and composition are to be expected and are not considered defects.
Shell Sourcing & Preparation
All shells used in our work are real and thoughtfully sourced. Each piece is carefully cleaned and prepared using a non-invasive process that preserves the natural integrity and beauty of the material.
Variations in shape, size, and texture are inherent to natural shells and contribute to the individuality of each finished piece.
Commissions
Commissioned pieces are created in collaboration with the client based on an agreed direction. Final works may vary slightly in composition and detail, maintaining the integrity of the artist’s style.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Orders & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your place in the commission queue. Projects are scheduled in the order deposits are received, ensuring each piece receives the time and attention it deserves.
Once your project details are reviewed, you will receive an estimated timeline. Open communication is maintained throughout the process, and you will be notified of any updates as they arise.
Prior to final sealing, photographs of your piece will be shared for review. At this stage, color-based refinements may be requested (such as tonal adjustments or minor composition changes). Additional revision rounds are available for $50 per round.
The remaining balance, along with shipping and any framing costs, is due prior to delivery.
We accept major credit cards and payments via PayPal.
Shipping & Delivery
Complimentary shipping is offered within the continental United States, excluding large canvas pieces. At this time, international shipping is not available.
Most non-commissioned artwork ships within approximately two weeks, though timing may vary depending on the nature of the piece.
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines cannot be guaranteed due to carrier delays beyond our control.
All pieces are carefully packaged and fully insured through the selected carrier. Tracking details will be provided upon shipment.
Returns
Each artwork is created with intention and care. Due to the one-of-a-kind and often bespoke nature of our pieces, all sales are final, including original works, prints, and commissioned pieces.
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the item and packaging so we may assist you promptly.
We encourage you to review all product details carefully prior to purchase. If you have any questions, we are always happy to guide you in selecting the right piece.
